At NK’s Furnishing, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase, whether you shop online or in our showroom. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased from:

  • Showroom: Shop No.1, Shankeshwar Dangikon Building, Aundh - Ravet BRTS Rd, Bridge, Near Ravet, Opposite to Creative Public School, Pune - 412101

Products include mattresses, curtains, furniture, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, and home décor items.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  2. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  3. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

  4. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Online Orders:

    1. Contact our customer support via email or phone to initiate a return.

    2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including pick-up arrangements.

    3. Once the product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

  • Showroom Purchases:

    1. Visit our showroom with the product and invoice.

    2. Our staff will inspect the item for eligibility.

    3. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • For exchanges, the value of the returned product will be applied toward the new purchase.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • NK’s Furnishing will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or customized furniture

  • Clearance sale items (if explicitly marked)

  • Any product not meeting the return conditions above
