• Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or cash on delivery (COD) for local deliveries.

• For showroom purchases, payments can be made through the above methods or in cash.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Online Orders: Orders placed through our website will be processed and shipped to the provided address.

• Showroom Purchases: Products can be purchased directly from our showroom.

• Delivery Areas: We deliver to Pune, Ravet, Tathawade, Kiwale, and surrounding areas.

• Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or discussed at the showroom.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Online Orders: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

• Showroom Purchases: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to product condition.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

• Warranty: Products come with a manufacturer's warranty, details of which are provided at the time of purchase.

• Maintenance: Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure longevity. Specific care instructions are available for each product category.
